Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original and high-quality manuscripts that align with the scope of the journal. All submissions undergo an initial editorial screening, followed by a double-blind peer review process for manuscripts that meet the journal’s standards.

Ethical Standards

The journal adheres to the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics. Authors must ensure that their work is original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration elsewhere. All forms of plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, and unethical research practices are strictly prohibited.

Authorship and Contributions

All listed authors must have made significant contributions to the research and approve the final version of the manuscript. Any changes in authorship after submission must be justified and approved by the editorial office.

Permissions and Copyright

Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reuse any copyrighted material (figures, tables, datasets, or images). Proper acknowledgment of all sources is mandatory.

Research Ethics and Compliance

Where applicable, research must comply with institutional and national ethical standards and be approved by an appropriate ethics committee. Authors should clearly state ethical approval details within the manuscript.

Conflicts of Interest and Funding

Authors must disclose any financial or personal relationships that could influence the results or interpretation of their work. All sources of funding must be declared.

Plagiarism Screening

All submissions may be checked using plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts with significant overlap or unethical similarities will be rejected.

Editorial Screening and Desk Rejection

Submissions may be rejected at the editorial stage if they do not meet the journal’s quality, formatting, or ethical standards. Authors should ensure that:

  • The manuscript presents a clear research contribution
  • The methodology is sound and well-structured
  • The title is concise and informative
  • The abstract is self-contained and clearly summarizes the study

All submissions must comply with the following requirements:

  • The manuscript complies with the Author Guidelines and journal scope.
  • The submission is original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration elsewhere.
  • The manuscript is free from plagiarism, data fabrication, and unethical practices (in line with Committee on Publication Ethics principles).
  • All authors have made significant contributions, approved the final version, and agreed to submission.
  • All references are accurate, complete, and properly formatted.
  • All figures, tables, and supplementary materials are properly labeled, cited, and of publishable quality.
  • Necessary permissions have been obtained for any copyrighted material (images, datasets, etc.).
  • Ethical approval (if applicable) has been obtained and clearly stated in the manuscript.
  • All conflicts of interest and funding sources are disclosed.
  • The manuscript includes a clear abstract, keywords, and structured content.
  • Data availability (where applicable) is stated, and datasets/code are provided or referenced.
